Where can I purchase I.Am.Sheer sunnies and swimwear? 

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Purchase through Credit/Debit card via PayPal Checkout (no account needed, just click the "pay using the debit/credit card option after check-out)
  • Purchase using your Paypal Account via PayPal Check-out
  • For Philippine clients: BPI or BDO bank deposit/online transfer (details shown when you check out)
  • For Philippine clients: Cash On Delivery option through our official courier, NinjaVan (If you choose this option, please opt to give your shipping contact number since our courier requires this in order to deliver successfully)

What currencies do you use?

  • All prices are shown in its base currency, which is Philippine Peso (PHP)
  • But depending on the customer's location, the currency can change to either of the ff: USD, AUD, SGD, and HKD

I am an international customer, are customs and taxes included in my shipping fee?

  • The shipping indicated in your invoice is exclusive of taxes and import duties. 
  • Moreover, I.Am.Sheer is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the Philippines.

How long will my orders be processed?

  • We try and process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24 hours to be able to process your order.
  • We ship Monday to Friday only.

 How can I track my orders?

  • An email with your tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been completed. 
  • You may visit NinjaVan to track your order using your tracking number after we have sent it through them.
  • Please email i.am.sheer.gal@gmail.com if you have not received your tracking number with the shipment notification. 
  • Delivery time: 
      • Metro Manila Orders: 1-3 business days after dispatch day
      • Provincial Orders: 1-7 business days after dispatch day
      • International Orders: 3-5 business days after dispatch day 
      • *Next day delivery options can be possible for select regions in the Philippines 
      • *Dispatch day is the day when we give your orders to the courier 

 What courier do you use and how much will it cost?

  • METRO MANILA - We use NinjaVan and we offer FREE nationwide shipping for all orders above php3, 000 and we also use Xend for normal orders 
  • PROVINCIAL - We use Xend which takes 3-5 days or if you need the items ASAP, there is a flat rate of 150php for the next business day delivery c/o LBC after dispatch day
  • INTERNATIONAL - All international orders will be shipped through DHL 

What is the return/exchange policy?

  • For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges for our products to ensure the quality of our swimwear and other pieces.
  • However, our team makes sure that we do not send out goods that don't pass quality check since we make sure that we carefully and personally pack the goods one by one.
